Thomas W. Ruff & Company was founded in 1936 in Columbus, Ohio. Today with four localities and an alliance of networked dealers, Ruff is one of the country’s largest total service business interior dealerships.

 

OUR CHALLENGE:

  • Despite numerous banks and leasing companies competing for their business, Ruff had yet to find a leasing company that delivered on their promises.

  • With much apprehension, Thomas Ruff submitted a lease application to us.
  • Approval came back for their client in 24 hours. Final documents went out via FedEx. Ruff looks like a hero, customer is happy.
  • Approximately 30 days later, installation is complete. THE SAME DAY installation was finished Thomas Ruff & Company received a check in full. Thomas Ruff & Company is confused as to why leasing was not always this simple.
